I did three things today, 2 of them new.
1. I added 2 tsp alkalinity buffer (nothing unusual)
2. I put 1/2 cup carbon sack in the sump---using carbon for the first time
3. I fed brown algae (dried) for the first time.
And the skimmer is churning up bubbles like crazy. It's never done this. Is it the carbon? Or the food?
tank 52 gal, with 10 gal sump, 2 months old.
