Can I add a Harlequin Tusk?

I just think those fish are sweet looking. My tank is 215 gallon FOWLR with the following fish.

Stars & Stripes puffer (no problem)
Black Dogface puffer (no problem)
LUNARE WRASSE (this is my main concern)
Picasso Trigger (no problem)
Clown Trigger (no problem)
Flagfin Angel (no problem)
Volitan & Dwarf Lions (no problem)

I guess my only real concern is my Lunare Wrasse. Would I have a problem adding the Tusk with the Lunare? Or do you guys forsee a problem with any of my other fish? Both of my triggers are (knock on wood) very relaxed fish (at least so far). What do you guys think?

I dont think you will have a problem. I have had both of the fish at the same time and mine never got into any skirmishes. The lunare will hide and bury itself if things do get hairy. I have a friend on this site that can give you some more advice. He is woodywoo you might want to PM him and ask. but I think they will get along.

You shouldn't have any problem with th Lunare wrasse but you need to be more worried about the Clown trigger. HTusk are aggressive feeders but do better with non-aggressive fish. Both trigger may chase it and cause it problems.

Hog fish general can be mixed together without a problem, just make sure there is a size difference. Hog also get along with other wrasse so that isn't a problem either. Usually mixing other wrasse together can be a problem, specially from the Thalassoma family, which the Lunare wrasse comes from.

Clown is about 3-4" and he is my newest addition. He's still settling in so I think now would be the best time to add the Tusk. I have never seen my Picasso ever go after another fish.

Also one more question. I'm going to get an Australian Tusk. I think it's worth spending the extra money after doing some research on them. What size should I aim for though? The place I'm looking to get one sells them 4-6" or 6-8". My lunare is about 7-8" if I had to guess...

get a medium to medium-large. they do better in the transfer and settle in alot better. just remember to acclimate them very slowly.
