can i keep a mantis shrimp?

I have a spare 5.5 gallon tank and I was wondering if i could keep a mantis shrimp in that small of a tank? If not let me know if you have another idea fo that tank, for instance a mini reef ect.

You can keep one of the smaller mantis shrimp up to 3"

What kind of filtration should i have?

Live rock and an average poerfilter will do ok.They don't need perfect water.Is it a spearer or smasher?

What are the species of mantis shrimp that stay under 3". I need the names so i can get one in at my lfs

Neogonodactylus wennerae,Neogonodactyus curacaoensis,will probably be easiest to find that stay under 3"they can usually be found in florida live rock.Here's a picture of the last one.
