Can I keep Acros?

I only have a 2 lamp T5HO setup over my 10G that is 12 inches deep and 20 inches wide. Right now I have some birdsnest and some softies. I plan on changing out the stock bulbs to ATI aquablue and blue+. Do you think I can put one acro right in the middle where my frogspawn is right now?

I am planning to do a ATO right now actually it is getting tiresome lifting that heavy 5 gallon jug of RO water. As far as growth, or lack of it :p, what do you guys think?

I'll say yes. 2 part dosing will help keeping them alive. I wouldn't expect much growth, but they should stay alive

I will look for some bali slimers here, are they also the same as green slimers? And kcrush I am looking for corals with some branching abilities, as you can see I wouldn't really have anywhere to put monticaps on in my setup. But in the topic of monti's how are digitatas?

Acropora millepora is one of the easiest species of acros that I'm aware of, and while montis aren't technically acros, caps and digis are a good place to start also.

If you get an unmounted frag you can always glue it to the glass in a back corner. It will grow out from the glass and spread nice. Very eacy to care for aswell.

Okay thay I will try to find a unmounted frag thanks! So mille's and slimer, what else should I be on the look out for? Any hard ones to avoid?
