Can I use flat worm exit without running carbon?

I don't have a convenient way to run carbon right now. Can I use Flat Worm Exit, then just do a 20% WC?

dont do it.. ijust dosed my tank and didnt use the suggested amoutn and browned out every sps coral i had. follow the directions exactly.
