Not enough info... How tall of tank? and how many of them, and even with that, others maybe able to say for sure, but i'm not.

I'd venture to say probable, and probability would go up if you modified it to use icecap slr's instead of that single parabolic reflector.
 
It's a 72 Gal bowfront which is 20 inches deep. And yes the Nova extreme has a single parabolic reflector. I heard it'll work if I stick it towards the top of the tank

Also what kind of clam? And what kind of hard coral?

There is just way 2 many variables in your question.
 
I just got the nova extreme for my 75 gallon one month ago and i have 1 gigas 7" clam and 1 squamosa 3" clam and i have 20 types of sps and there all fine the clams are in the sand bed with no problems but i would have bought a Tek 5 if i knew that they were better and the same price do you already have yours?
