Can LPS thrive under this lighting?

I have a 4x54 Nova extreme t-5 Lighting system and my tank is 21-22 inches deep. My question is can any LPS thrive under this lighting? And if so what kinds of LPS, at what heights? i have been looking at many websites and their all saying moderate to high or low light im just looking for some specifics of some LPS . And can LPS Mix with SPS?just wondering because i have herd that some SPS can not mix with sofites

um, yeah, all LPS will be absolutely fine. Some stuff (acan lords, blastos, mushrooms, etc. may even appreciate a little shade or at lease placement on the bottom)

I have a nova on my 55...the only problem I have with it were the original bulbs. I changed them out with ATI and UVLs huge difference in looks. LPS and softies love it

With four bulbs, I would put most lps on the bottom, maybe even shaded, for a little bit to get them used to the light. T-5s can easily burn lps if you are not carful, but after you get them used to it, most can be put higher up, just watch out for bleaching.
