Can snails, crabs, or shrimp carr Ich?

I have a new, fully cycled reef tank, and have added a small pair of Percula clown fish as the first 2 fish. I didn't quarantine. Added 5 days ago. This morning I saw a white spot on a fin. Looks like Ich to me. I will try to get the LFS to take them back. We'll see.

If I remove the fish, either by return or to a quarantine tank for treatment, I know that I should let my display tank sit empty of fisht for at least 6 weeks.

Can I leave my cleaner crew in there (a couple each of turbos, certiths, dwarf hermits and a peppermint shrimp)?

Ich is an obligate pathogen - meaning it needs a fish host to survive. So there is no problem with leaving the clean-up crew in the tank while you keep it fishless.
