can someone recommend which tunze for my tank?

i have a 29 mostly softy tank, but in the next few months i'll be upgrading to a 40 breeder. is there a tunze i can get now that'll still provide adequate flow for the 40? thanks

Yes, a 7200/2 should do fine, use it with single controller. It is a bit large in size for the 29 but it will work. On the downside I am out of stock on that one. I have th 7300/2 which you could use but the top speed would have to be reduced for the 29.

but the 7300/2 would be perfect "wide open" for the 40, right?

Yes, on the 40 it would be a good flow, 792 gph, so you are hitting your 20* turnover rate.
