Can someone tell me where to find this piece of equipment?

So I have a MRC dual beckett skimmer that I've had for a while. The 2 needle valves on it apparently have metal screws that hold the top wheel on and they have started to rust. I have scoured the internet looking for where to buy replacement ones but I cannot for the life of me find plastic ones like these are. Can someone point me in the right direction to find these please? Thanks for any help!

Would it be possible to replace that section with a regular Gate valve of the same size?
