Can Tunze Streams be freely positioned like a Seio?

I have a few Seios and they are great in terms of configuring. I can point them upwards, downwards, to the side, upside down, etc. I think its because of the small 1/2 circle which I can rotate the PH around.

Are Tunze Streams capable of that same movement?

No, they swivels side to side and you can move them up and down. The flow pattern though is much wider so they tend to cover everything without that motion possibility. Because they are much stronger a simple suction cup holder is not sufficient.
