Can you frag this...

He is huge. I don't want to get rid of him he is one of my favorite things in my tank. He is in a 54 corner at the top atm. Its hard to put him anywhere else lol. I am guessing you can't frag him but I thought I would ask.

Im gonna say you most likely can frag it just by cutting a hunk off, but dont go do it on my advice, wait for some other opinions.

I've fragged mine before, but I'm not sure I would recomend the way that I did it. I flipped the mushroom upside down onto another rock. It then split and began to grow into about 5 different individuals. Now I have 5 huge ones instead of just one. The other way would be to split the foot of it with a razor blade. It will get the natural division started.

It kind of looks like it might be getting ready to do its thing.
In the first, third and fourth pics it looks like it is kind of folded in a straight line all the way acrossed the shroom, it might already be getting ready to split.

i have the sam shroom in my tank and it kinda looks like it has white worms in its stalk

you want to get a piece of the mouth when you frag it if it has a mouth cant tell from the pic!
