I'd been running my old canister just mostly for flow in a 40b. I have 2 hydor 600's pointed upwards for surface movement.
A HOB reef octopus as well.
The canister was leaking so it's trash. Should I replace it with something? I kind of like to run carbon and maybe purigen/something equivalent in a filter.
Not sure I should spend the $$ or just see how it goes without it.
I didn't have any sponge in the canister.
Is the skimmer enough and do you think I have enough flow with those 2 circulators?
