Chances Of Duncan Survival?

After being stung pretty bad?:( Any experiences of recovery? It got knocked down onto my purple goniopora for a day, just found it this morning. There is about 1/2 of the polyp left.:(

I'll tell you, I had a yellow/lavender that lost all polyps except for one that was almost all skin receded to the skeleton...

I placed it in a frag tank with low flow and very good water conditions..Keep up water changes... in a couple of weeks, the tissue grew back and formed a whole polyp.. then a month or so later it grew more polyps... now after 2months I have 7-9 polyps...

Hmm..so lower flow seemed to help you think? Thanks for your reply, it gives me some hope. It's not the worst thing that happened to my tank today, I found aefw's on my favorite sps.:(

Ahhh bummer...that really sucks. Sorry to hear that. I am so paranoid about those flatworms but a lot of folks have bounced back fairly well from their infestations. Good luck.

having natural predators in the tank also aids in controlling or getting rid of em.. wrasses will eat them..
