I couldnt get loctite to hold my large corals to the sides . Only the glue above in my post worked for that . JME

This is the stuff I use and I get it for 5.29 at my local hobby shop.

Is this stuff exactly what you use or is there some leeway in the brand name?

I tried the above brand and it takes forever to dry. I use it to glue things out of the water but it doesn't work well underwater.

Sorry it didn't work for you ........ .

But it worked for me 100% I glued everything underwater. When you look at my picture and see how many frags and colonies I have and figure how much loctite you would need to do it all. I started with 4 tubes of loctite and only got a few easy frags and couldn't get a single colony to stick to the sides of my rockwork.

The stuff I used worked great and I didn't have to sit there for 5 mins holding a frag where I wanted it . IMO the stuff I use had close simularities to the big bottles of ZAP gel I used to get.

Ficklefins- It doesn;t have to be the same brand at all :D If you go to a rc car/plane hobby shop just ask the guy at the desk which is their thickest super glue gel type stuff. Usally they will have a whole shelf full of different types and consistancy.

These are different pieces that gave me trouble with that brand, they're more complicated glues. The first 2 are from my main tank and the third shows my seahorse tank, 3 rocks glued, 2 to the glass and one to the overflow.
