Just plugged the Chiller into the DC4HD but the web interface shows unk? The led in the chiller shows on but the chiller is not running until it hits its own internal temp. Could this cause the status to be unk?
It is unknown because none of the program statements has ever been true since a power cycle, program modification, clock set, etc. As soon as one of the statements is true it change from unknown to auto on or auto off.
