Chips In New (used) Tank

I recently picked up a 90 gallon tank off craigslist to replace my nano tank. The tank is in fairly rough shape but the price was low enough that the stand it came it with wouldn't make it a total loss if the tank didn't pan out.

First off I know I will have to replace the top frame as it has some cracks that I am not comfortable with. But the real question is whether or not the several chips/chunks from the edges of the glass are worth the risk. Here are some pics of them to judge. Should I not even bother and find a new 90?

I agree. Place the tank someplace where water can't hurt anything and fill it to the top, leave it for a couple of days and check for leaks.

Looks alright to me, I agree with above though, just do a leak test for a fee days/week.

I found a 125 in better shape so I am going to go with that instead. I'd rather have the piece of mind I guess, back on craigslist this one goes!
