Cirrhilabrus rhomboidalis Purchase

i recently purchansed a Cirrhilabrus rhomboidalis from you guys and got him on thursday at around 2:30. He looked very stressed and i did the normal acclimation procedure and call you guys directly. (i had another issue where my goby/pistol shrimp pair was missing its shrimp).

I extended the acclimation time to 3hrs and kept the tank dark for 3 more as the rep told me to but i have not seen the fish at all. Any info on how long they take to come out from hiding?

Also can you help me with the shrimp situation, i still have not heard if he was found and being that they were seprated all this time im not sure if they would still pair up.
