Clam question.

Here are a few pictures of my squamosa clam. Please let me know if you can identify what these things are, and whether I need to do anything about it.

This first pic is of a worm that has since left, but left behind its shell that it made.

Is that a snail in the upper right corner of the picture?

It looks like a muricid snail shell, Cymatum species maybe. If so, it is likely a clam predator. I would head over to Dr. Ron's forum, read the following thread on taking some photo's and find out for sure.
