Clams and Lawnmower Blenny - OK?

Are clams compatible with Lawnmower Blennies?

I've read that some species of blennies do nip at mantles - just wondering if Lawnmower Blenny is one of them.

Never heard of such a thing, they do hang out ont he mantles from tiem to time adn those are usually the miniscule lined gobies.

I saw my lawnmower blenny nip the mantle of my derasa once or twice right after I introduced the clam. After that the blenny left it alone.
