Clams not extending mantels

I have 2 Golden Maxium Clams that are starting to not extend part of their mantles. I checked water quality today, everthing looks ok but my Calicum is around 350. I just switched to B-Ionic 2 part additive. My water turn over rate is 21 times per hour, with 3, 250 watt 6500K Iwaski bulbs, 330 watts of antic. Any input would help.

Sounds like irritation from something like Pyramid snails. After lights out or before lights on take them and check them for tiny little pyramid smails, or another predator around the mantle and byssal opening. Even in the most healthy of systems you might be surprised......

I'm assuming you mean that you have no ammonia or nitrite? Do you have some nitrate in the system? I keep reading more and more out there about how clams need nitrate.
Good luck! :)
