Clean Up Crew Group Buy Info!

I am in the process of setting up the group buy on REEFCLEANERS.ORG I am going to have the critters shipped to my house hopefully January 14,2009 so that I can bring them to the meeting on January 16,2009.

This would mean that they would be at my place thursday and at the meeting friday so that every one can pick up there...

Im just wating to hear back from them with the rest of the info that way every one can get in on it, the cut off date will be on Jan 14 2009.

I will let you all know whats up when I know whats up.
 
never done a group deal before .How does that work ? Once everybody places an order do they all come packaged seperatelly to the same place ,so there is no mix up ,or counting being done.Thanks
 
Just a thought... if they will accept the order online through paypal and you just enter a code like the other order murph did it would save some money. If we have to paypal you and we include the fees then you have to pay them it will cost another 4% over us paypaling them directly.

I would probably be in for a decent order like maybe $75

Check this out, this is how they work. From what the link below says, You place the order with them, Pay them, then they ship to me with everyone's stuff in 1 or 2 or 17 boxes then I bring it to you all at the meeting.... all the orders will have your names on them so we dont have to worry about counting and splitting stuff up. And I think that we all will get 25% off of our orders as well as free shipping as long as the whole group order is above $100, From the intrest in the last thread I dont think we are going to have a problem with hitting that mark... lol

Once I hear more from John or Joe then I will let you guys know.

OK we have a problem... I went there and started clicking "add to cart" on items I wanted but they are out of stock on a lot of the items. Common things like hermits are not in stock. I still managed to get $65 stuff into my cart but I would much rather get all the items I am looking for at once. I could order from liveaquaria or reeftopia if I had to but I like the idea of doing it all at once and supporting the little guys.

Is there a chance that they can collect the items for us before Jan 14th if they are out of stock? Also they have a 500 pack of dwarf cerith snails if we split one of those between a few guys would they package it that way for us or would we need to break it up ourselves?

Please let me know.
 
Im still wating to hear from them, I just wanted to get the thread started, I will give them the link to this thread also so they will be able to take questions... Dont go ordering just yet I have to finalize everything before orders start getting placed.
 
Yep... I was just going to fill the cart with all I wanted and then take a screenshot so I could remember later when it was time to place the orders. Sort of "wish list" like my kids give us for Christmas presents ;)
 
I should know whats up by monday... I do know that they order there blue legs because they dont have a license for them or something along those lines so I dont think they will have a problem with getting us those...
 
well ,,,my 220 has no clean-up crew at all ,they all passed away like 5yrs ago from old age,or something.I went on line two nights ago after you guys gave me the site info,he called me at like 8:30 this morning but There are 13 other people on my voice mail I need to get back to.I dont know if I'm lazy or just procrastinate,but whatever.If you guys need my info please let me know.Thanx
 
I am very interested in getting the 500 cerith snails but really only want about 200 of them. I am willing to be the guy who orders / pays for them, but want to be sure someone else can handle the other 300.

Please respond to the thread and we can work this out

the month wait just makes it easy for every one I think, and just picking stuff up at the meeting makes it Really easy....
 
Hey Gang

Looks like I am going to purchase 500 cerith snails when I find out for sure we are doing this and what name I need to add to my order.
I am taking 200 Kevin is taking 150 Tonycip is taking the other 150 If either of these guys tells me they are not interested, Maggie is in for that 150 unless he goes ahead and orders another 500.

Please let me know if the above is incorrect or if anything changes. Thanks to all

I am in for some snails and crabs depending on the prices of each.
When we narow it down I can give an exact total on what I want.
At least 75 as a combo, ya know what I mean?
 
stand im in on some snails if anyone backs out due to location i know were right next door and it would be easy
