clown water parameters/new breeder

Hi Everyone,
My occ. clowns just laid their second batch of eggs. 4 days in and about 1/4 of the nest is developing, the other 3/4 is either gone, or still bright orange eggs. I keep the salt at 1.015 which is also the salinity of the phyto and rotifer setup. I am making a larval collector so the male can incubate the eggs himself my nitrates are at 20-30 ppm. is the lack of nest development because they are new to the "action" and don't have it down yet. or are my water parameters off? Growing corals got old so now I want to grow fish!!!

Probably just "new" to the game for them. Give them a few more trys and see if the male gets his act together.

Also check for increased flow in the area where the eggs are not developing. Maybe it is washing his stuff away before it can work.
