Go with a flow meter for the CO2 vs. a needle valve. A flow meter is much more accurate and easy to adjust. It's about $40 from Dwyer instruments. Look for a RMA-151-SSV. You can just call and order from them. Marine Depot's Solenoid is pretty decent, I have one and love it. Be sure to buy some of their CO2 proof air tubing. 99 cents a foot, but it's real sturdy.
