Combining 2 tanks

Hi I am new to this site. I have a 55 gal and a 45 gal tank I want to combine and move to 125 gal tank. My 45 has 1 clown,3 chromis, lawn mower blenny, clown goby, pistol shrimp watchman goby some cleaner shrimp thousand of trigger pods. Copopods, soft and hard coral. 55 gal I have 4 chromis, fox face, scopas tang, bullseye jawfish, green brittle star. Pj cardinal and a sail tang. How do I combine into new tank. Ty

Actually, sounds very easy. Set the new tank up, make sure water parameters are the same and just transfer the livestock over.
