Right on Grim. Sounds good to me. Now, I have to really think of one of my oops, aww ----. to post.

PS, Thanks for the offer Freddie40.

Always turn off the power when replacing a normal plug receptical, with a GFCI. It hurts like mother when you shock yourself for the 4th time.

If you top off your water by five gallon buckets, don't get help from your son. And if you do, don't force him to pour it in faster than he is ready to go. And if you do, don't overshoot so it flys over the of the glass, hitting the fans, & electric plugs for the powerheads. And if you do, don't do maintenance work that requires sticking your arm in the water. But if you do, don't forget I warned you not to.

Never use glass heaters. When moving to our new house, I was bringing in livestock and rock etc.. I was putting all rock and corals in a temperary holding tank when a rock tumbeled down and busted my heater. I got a big time shock, blew out other glass heater and all corals died either from the shock or got to cold.

A cleaner shrimp is a must for a tank with tangs. I added two quarantined tangs to my tank. They got sick & it quickly got worse & worse. Before it was all over one died & took half the other inhabitants with it, including half the coral. I think a cleaner shrimp could have taken care of the few dots before anything progressed.

make sure you take your mouth off soon enough when you siphon out a dead carpet anemone........ or else you will want to die.

watch your hands when you are breaking down a tank w/a 16 inch lionfish in it... or else your arm will want you to die...

i made the mistake once of pulling a dead blue tang out of a clients tank and proceeded to jokingly throw it by the tail like a ninja star into a dumpster... there is a reason they call them surgeon tangs... i had to get stitches on my finger where the tail blade cut me...

LOL!!!!!!!

I like this one :)

Yes, electrocution sucks especially when you do it three times in a row because all of the people working with you can't feel it because your feet are wet... Or never freeze dead lion and not tell everyone using the freezer (a quill got stuck between my finger nail and skin but luckily the toxins were frozen). But my favorite is always wear eye protection when chiseling things off of live rock. I got struck in the eye with an Aiptasia goo covered little rock!!!

during a WC, make sure you dont splash wter on the wall with your outlet.

and if you do, dont touch the outlet.

i dint realize that my outlet was drenched, and tried to plug in another power strip.

WOW. the only way i was able to let go was when my circuit breaker flipped over., and i was knocked back like 3 feet, and shorted the power to all three apartments in my complex.

my neighbors found me smoking and dazed. i got 2nd degree burns on my right arm, and my left ear was bleeding.

 this is the 2nd worst i've been shocked.
