I had a large acro colony RTN on me from the base up so I began to frag it up quickly. A day later I found one of the "frags," or a smaller colony start to RTN too. So I pulled it out of the water to frag it again and thought I saw a commensal crab molt left on the coral. To my surprise, it was actually a translucent green pistol shrimp! I've heard it for several months in my tank without worrying much about it, and wasn't out to catch it. But when I saw it I dropped onto the top of my tank for some pics. The little guy is about 1.5cm from claw tip to tail and the claws are about as long as its body. VERY cool looking creature I think.
Oh, and in the first pic, the square particles with an "X" through them are actually salt particles! :eek1: Didn't know they looked like that until I took a real close macro!
