Coral Help Please!

I've had this frag for about two weeks, and it has had a white part developing at the top of it. I know this is not good, but I don't know what to do about it. It doesn't seem to be spreading, but should I cut the top of the frag off just to be safe? The bottom seems fine and the polyps are out and my water conditions are fine.

You might not hve anything to worry about. I have a piece of acro and the tips are white on it also but it is new growth of the coral. I wouldnt cut anything off, especially if the tissue is not sheading off.

It doesn't seem to be spreading, but there are stringy bits coming off.
