Coral ID (pic) - Agressive Species? Placement?

Hello All,

Can you guys/gals help me identify this coral? I think it is a Galaxy Coral.

If that is true, then in my understanding, it is ove of the most agressive LPS, mainly because of it's sweeper tenticles being so long and with a powerful sting.

Any advice on this species? Expecially growth rates and placement.

Without seeing the skeleton, I would have to say a Galaxea species.

Galaxea type, treat it as if it were aggressive, lest you give it a chance to remove all doubt!

Definately a Galaxia. Very aggressive. Treat it with respect and give it lots of room.

It's a beautiful coral that can cause mass destruction within a good foot radius.

yep - it's a Galaxy (that makes 2 species in my tank)

This one's sweepers are getting longer and longer each night - I think I have it well placed though. The other's sweepers aren't nearly as long as this guy.
