Coral Identity

I got this coral from someone of reefcentral with some live rock a few months ago. My camera is not very good and wont take a picture worth anything.

The Item in question is about half the size of a dime. started out as a little slime ball. Neon green. This coral defines the color neon green. It is sortove round but oblong in the direction of gravity. About a month ago it got large enough to see its tenticals.

It is some type of filter feeder b/c i have never fed it yet it continues to grow.

It looks something like a fire coral but instead of yellow its neon green and only one body.

I might try to get a camera if noone can get it with a stab in the dark.

thanks i know its pretty vauge.

Doesn't really look like a leather but i found one i got from him that does.

If you imagine an upsidown neon green jellifish stuck to a rock that is what this looks like. Only instead of beeing perfectly round its distorted from gravity and the fact that its hanging off the end of the rock it came on. Looks really neet.

Hope it doesn't eat me in my sleep.

the color of this is a pretty close match. not the shape or looks but color.
