Coralife Super Skimmer Help

I've got a Coralife superskimmer125 and it's not working correctly. It was operating very strange as in it would make bubbles then stop for a second and work for a while then you'd hear it stop almost like it was skipping somehow. Well today I took it apart and cleaned it out, took the needle wheel out and cleaned in there, the works. I put it back together and it won't produce any bubbles now. If I put my hand over the inlet of the pump it will produce bubbles but that is the only way. I took the pump apart again and inspected it and couldn't see anything wrong, put it back together and it still won't work. It's moving water but not producing bubbles.

i dont know the ss models, but it sounds like your air line is cloged or not connected

I pulled it off and blew through it and it didn't seem to be clogged. There were a couple drops of water in it but I figured it would work it's way out. I pulled it off and blew through it while the pump was running and it produced bubbles but it's almost like the pump isn't pullin air through the line.

It sounds like what happens if I turn down the air flow on mine: The impeller/needle wheel doesn't spin.

I don't honestly know if the 120G model has this valve but if it does, it'll be on the intake tube - turn it to where the handle is completely vertical to open it completely. Then adjust it via the water level valve.

i found out what it was. the housing that the air tube goes to was cracked and won't seat properly. I pulled it off and I'm going to epoxy it together and hopefully it will work.
