CPR Overflow Order?

Hey Jason hows it going? I heard about your shipping computer system wiping out so I bet you have your work cut out for you lately. My name is Brandan Orcutt and I am the one that ordered the Cpr CS150 overflow from you a while back. It was cracked and I returned it. You sent me a replacement CS150 and we talked bout the space behind my tank not being big enough so I returned that one also. Ordered a CS102 with the Rio and havent seen it. Remember me yet? Just wondering whats up with the 102. If you cant find my order because of the computer wiping out its cool dont sweat it I was just checking up to see where its at.

Hi,

Sorry about the delay on your CS102, we are shipping out today. It was either lost in our crash or we didn't get it written up from the return. We did get the return/refund processed. Need to get a new computer program, database is pretty flaky now, getting too big i guess.

Haha thats because you have so many customers, I guess that cant be a bad thing. Did you return both of the CS150's already? No prob about the wait, I am patient! Also if you could and it has not shipped yet add a 7.5oz bottle of DT's phyto plankton. Thanks!

We can add that DT's, but then would need to wait and ship monday so it doesn't sit over the weekend, you want to do that?
