craigslist sump good buy?

I know it's kinda a hard question to answer but what is your opinion on this sump for sale on craigslist? I'm going to go look at it tomorrow, I can't really make out much from the pics. I was going to build my own but this seems cheaper/easier. I plan on putting it in my basement so I'll have to drill a hole for an exterior pump.

What should i all ask the seller tomorrow?
1. How much flow does the refugium have?
2. Are there leaks?

You can build your own cheaper than $150. Its hard to say but looking at it , with the teeth I think you could do better on your own. Convince wise it might be good for you. I'm a DIY fer. I like to have exactly what I want and I hate spending my hard earned money on someone else's poor workmanship.
