creating artificial 'frag' rock - materials???

[K' Family Reef]

we have some muchrooms that were purchased on a flat piece of (cement type) artificial rock - it was even 'stamped' creating a somewhat natural looking piece - stamped in a way that makes it look more natural - ridges and grooves

assume its some kind of cement ???

seems would be easy enough to make oneself - then lay it out in flat sheets and cut it like a cookie cutter.

any idea?
