crocea not opening

my 2 yr old crocea, 4" has not fully opened in almost 2 weeks. out of nowhere it started 3 weeks ago when it had pyramid snails. i took care of them w/in a week or so. ever since then it has not opened more than 30%. half the shell is almost closed and other half is only open about 1/3. all tank parameters on point and all other inhabitants ok, including other crocea. i had been slipping in water changes up until a month ago. had not done 1 in 3 months but all parameters remained stable. for past month i'm doing weekly 5-10% water changes. Ca was also at 385, now at 410. that's about it. what do u think?

keep checking for pyrams, i doubt that u got rid of them in one week.they can take a few months to get rid of

no not rid. i built 2 small rubble pod piles in each corner and began feeding DT's more regularly. no more snails on clam, they're in rock pile. i remove it and them every night. not many left. plus i bought a 6line wrasse who i saw picking at rubble pile w/ mandarin.
