I've got the same question. I just put my 5" Crocea on a nice little rock ledge a couple weeks ago, and I'm waiting to see him burrow in.

I moved him there a few weeks ago from the sand, he just seem happy there. He worked his way down in the rocks and attached himself. Hes there now like it or not.

Sorry to mislead, he didnt bury into the rock just between two rocks and attached to one underneath.
