Current light fixtures

Does anyone have experience with these? I have had mine for a few months and I am having issues with the getting the bulbs to turn when I try to twist the T-5 in. The reason I pulled it out was because the fixture just stopped working.

I plan on calling marine solutions tomorrow where I purchased it but I know I may have to go through the manufacturer.

i have had current pc fixture, outer orbit fixture, and now nova extreme pro t5 fixture, and a 2 bulb slr fixture, never a problem with any except nova pro leg broke on me and contacted current usa on there website and got excellent customers service and sent me new set of legs no questions asked. There fixtures aren't bad but there bulbs are.
