Your name
Who you purchase the probe from.
When purchased.
The complete product code (found on the white band on the cord of the probe).
What type of calibration solution you using.
The raw readings for the 7.0 and 10.0 calibration solution (found at the bottom of the display during calibration).
The controller's reading of the 7.0 and 10.0 calibration solutions after calibration (use the run display).

hi curt,
i got it from u directlt last month....lab grad probe show 8.12 and pinpoint show 8.35..
i did use calibration solition 7 and 10...and calibrate them both at the same time

Please send an email with all the information. I'm try to gather information to see if the problem is related to calibration, or if it is indeed a probe problem.
