cutting up mushrooms and found something

I was cutting up mushrooms and cut into one that was totally full of very tiny specs that appeared to be eggs or something of that nature. Any clue as to what it may have been? I have never seen anything like it.

Any chance of a pic? I am having a hard time defining specks - could be part of intestines, phytoplankton, etc.

Yep, its the insides of the mushroom. It will be fine.
