cvs brand iron question

the iron I found locally contains ferrous fumarate,DIACALCIUM PHOSPHATE and cellulose. something tells me that phosphate is phosphate and this should not be used,,but I am no chemist,,so let me know please. If it can be used then how should I dose it? If not what should I look for on my next trip to the drug store?

Yes, that is phosphate you don't want.

Although I have no idea how much. Usually you dose very precious little iron so it might not be enough to make any difference.
