Frag Swap - March 24th (March 31st will be an alternate if there is bad weather) at The Grim Reefer's house Directions
Grim's Addy:
3103 S Richfield st
Aurora, CO 80013

Come one come all to the greatest show on earth. D.A.R.C. is proud to announce that their Frag & Equipment swap will take place on March 24th at The Grim Reefers' House. All Colorado Reefers are welcome to bring their frags and equipment for sale or trade. There will also be a raffle table with plenty of items available.

How it works: 100% of the proceeds from the swap will benefit the sellers, yes 100%. People who do not have items to sell are more than welcome to come. There will be no cover charge. There will be a donation table where sellers may donate frags to the club to help raise money and there will be a donation jar also meant to help raise funds. However, sellers may use their own judgement as what to donate.

Sellers are asked to please RSVP as to what they will bring, and if you could also bring a card table and chair (they might not be needed, but just in case). Parking will be aplenty and refreshment will be available. Join DARC for the fun on Saturday March 24th at 2:00pm.

Unfortunately I can't make it. I planned on going and was looking forward to meeting everyone, but work get in the way so I'll hopefully catch everyone next time.

I hit the other thread earlier, but I will be threr with a card table and frags (not as many as originally intended,) but I will be bringing a captive prop plate coral or two, and several zoas (orange envy's) Maybe a couple blastos if i get around to fragging them.

This sounds great, I am glad so many people are bringing frags, I will be bringing cash, but no frags this time maybe next year when they grow a bit.

Orange envys!?!:eek2: Looks like Ill be there

They are what Keys Island sells as RPE, which is actually orange envy. I did not get them from KI, but they are similar, have more color than Keys.

My wife and I are going to try and make it up from Pueblo. I have an eye appointment up there around noon so we should make it.

Here is a pic of the Zoanthids I will be bringing.

But I think they are a little more blue now.

I think i will cut a couple frag of this also.

The Green ones will be on Tonga branch and the Blues on something, it may be branch and it may be on reef epoxy or shells.

Also I will probably get there at like 3 or so as we have to drop my GF's son off at DIA for his 2:30 flight.

Weather notice.............

Everything looks good for tomorrow, but in case the weather looks good I will post a message by 10:00am. I guess I will post a message either way.

I think Dave meant to say in case the weather looks bad he will post by 10 AM

My house is on the corner of Dartmouth and Richfield. There is plenty of parking along Dartmouth street. We will leave the area in front of driveway for people to unload if they need to.

I will throw a big cooler in my car to be safe. Temps of mid 50's should not be bad for an outdoor frag swap, however the chance of rain is 60%. Right now the weather report looks bad, so we may postpone the event for 1 week. Grim & I will make a decision by 5:00pm.
