Damsal hosting a rbta???

Minor point, but the anemone does the hosting, not the fish. Think of the anemone as your house, and the fish as your guest, so you host your guests.

Anyways, while it doesn't happen all the time, it isn't unheard of for domino damsels to be hosted by anemones.

juvie damsels such as dominos are known to use anemones in the wild. not a far stretch to see the same behavior in the home.

Good points all around, now for my random funfact. A clownfish is part of the damselfish family.

I've seen pics of dominos being hosted by nems in the wild, one pic that comes to mind was a pretty good swarm of dominos in a nem.
My chromis were hosted by both my nems for a long time until my maroon matured, and chased them out.
I was pretty tripped out the first time I saw them go into nem, thinking for sure they would be eaten, but never was a problem.

no it was not feeding it my rbta, it was neet watching them together just sad i had to pull that fish from the tank. it was getting very mean around my clowns.
