Dead 6201...any way to test it? Only 2.5months old :(

I bought a 6201 in the Middle of June and i noticed this morning there isnt any flow coming from it. I ckd the obvious! Connections are good and i pulled the impeller and all clean inside the pump and impeller. I removed the whole unit from the tank and tried plugging it in a different outlet with no luck there as well. Is there any test i could do or is the pump just dead?

Do you see any light on the transformer? Since the pump is only 2-3 months old i assume that the pump has the newer transformer. If you already try everything i.e cleaning and remove the plug to another location without any luck, you should send the pump in so Roger or Rodney can take a look at.

yes, the green light is lit thats whats so puzzling

You should send it in so Roger or Rodney can take a look at. The turnaround time is very quickly... If you have another 6201 i can show you how to figure out the issue...
