Dead Torch Heads, Should I 86 them

I just got a new torch frag with three very healthy heads on it, however it has two very large dead skeleton heads on the body. Can I cut these off for cosmetic reasons?

I'd leave them for a while, and see if anything grows out of them.

mine started new heads and regrew....i would keep them
