David Sanders (dngspot) wrote an article entitled "How to Recharge DI resin". I would like to know what DI filter he was using that had loose resin easily removable for recharging. I am a potter and make my own glazes. The water for the glaze must be relatively free of calcium and sodium. I'm using a DI filter that has cartridges that cannot be opened to access the resin. Being able to recharge the resin would save me $$. I'm knew to the forum and tried to post a question to David Sanders but failed. Help from anyone who knows which filter he used would be appreciated.---Guy

The resin containers that I use came from BuckeyeFS. The resin also came from the same place. They are a great group of folks and willing to help in anyway. I have also seen them in other units but, can only verify that BFS has the type that I use.
Here is the link. I use the one on the top of the page.

The canisters unscrew from the bottom. They have a sponge that is used to compress the resin.

I hope this helps,
David
