Hey.. Well my diamond watchman goby unexpected died a few weeks ago, and now I have no sand-sifting fish :(. I have a 210 gallon tank and m question is:

Should I try to find a LARGE diamond watchman goby (which has been hard)
or
Should I get 2 or 3 smaller/med sized ones?

Thanks for your help!

My first question would be why do you feel you need a sand sifting fish?

However, I'm fond of pink watchman as well as wheeler's an Randal's gobies.

In a tank that size you could have all three.

Well i just like my sand to be spotless clean... My old diamond watchman goby did the job pretty darn well just by himself.

Fair enough, some people feel they "need" a sand sifter.

yeah i understand.. what do you think would be the better option? Do you think 2 diamond watchman gobies would be fine with each other? Or should I keep searching for a large one?

In a tank that size they should be fine. But I have had gobies fight in a 55. Be cautious.

We have 2 in our 120; they get along fine and dont fight. A great fish to take care of your sand, and also, they're fun to watch!!
