did i rip my snail? pics

I did a water change and one of my snails was on the glass and out of the water so i pulled it off and i think i ripped its foot? here are some pictures.. should i remove the snail or let it heal if i did hurt it. thanks

please help!!! on the last two pics u can see the snails foot and that it doesnt look right

is he able to move around.. if so then leave him be
if he dies he dies. snails dont polute much when they die

hes moving around slower than usual lol.. ill leave him there i guess
