Digital Aquatics MLC Pod in ATI fixture

I don't know if it's absolutely necessary to have moon lighting in a reef tank, but I enjoy looking at the tank at night. So I decided to mount my moon lights on the acrylic shield of my PM. Tell me what you think.

I decided to put plugs on the moon lights for servicing reasons. If/when I take the shield off for cleaning it'll be easy to unplug the moon lights.

Here is what it looks like installed on my PM. as you can tell, they barely stick out of the acrylic.
