I just found out about this device and can't believe how much it can do. Has anyone had any experience with these? If so what are the pros and cons of this unit. Is there something out there that is better/ more user friendly. I realize that if money were'nt an option, of course there is better, but come on, I don't make alot of money and most of it is spent on this hobby anyways. I like the idea of being able to monitor ph. Is there one that you can monitor multiple things like ph, salinity, temp,orp,calcium and maybe others. Without spending more than 500.00? I ordered mine last week, I'm just waiting for it to show up. I think it is equal to the AC jr, except I like the way that you can mount it to your stand. Both have their pros and cons, but for the money I don't think you can beat it.

I have one and I absolutely love mine. It controls everything just the way I want it. It has been working flawlessly since day one. It looks really good too with those blue lights. In fact I am just a little bored as now I don't get to tinker as much. Make sure however you get some of those fuses so you don't have to run around looking for them. I bought about 25 of them from Radio Shack.

Thanks for the info!I think somone has a connect for the rk2 for 295 with the ph probe on sdreefs.com. or 190. for the original.
