does anyone know where i can get info about how much and where to aqcuire digtial probes for calc, alk, and ph?

For a Ca probe you will need a good pH meter, that has a mV setting. You should be looking for ISE probes (Calcium). There is a long list on Cole-Parmer of ISE probes.
